Any Account found to be registered by or used by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all balances will be frozen, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities. Each Player may hold only one (1) registered Account on the Win33 Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts pending investigation. Any balance held in a duplicate account may be forfeited at Win33's sole discretion.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must not use false identities, pseudonyms, or information belonging to another person. Win33 reserves the right to verify all registration details at any time and to request supporting documentation as part of its KYC obligations.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials. Win33 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify Win33 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
Your username must not impersonate another person, contain offensive language, or reproduce a registered trademark. Your password must be kept confidential at all times. Win33 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone — if you receive such a request, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team.
In order to process withdrawals and comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) obligations, Win33 requires Players to complete identity verification before withdrawals above certain thresholds are processed.
Win33 may request, at any time, any of the following documents:
Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in a hold being placed on withdrawal requests until verification is completed. Win33 processes KYC submissions within 24–48 hours during standard business days.
Document Security Reminder: Only submit KYC documents through the secure, HTTPS-encrypted Win33 platform. Win33 will never request documents via unsecured email, third-party messaging apps, or social media channels.
Win33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following verified Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong Bank), direct bank transfer, and cryptocurrency (BTC, USDT). Win33 reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue supported payment methods at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds apply and are displayed in the Player's account cashier section. These thresholds are subject to change and may vary by payment method. Players are responsible for checking current limits before initiating any transaction.
Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits on the same account, subject to KYC verification. Win33 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts in names other than the registered account holder, or payment methods not previously used on the account without explicit approval from Win33's compliance team.

All accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Win33 does not accept responsibility for exchange rate fluctuations in cases where a Player's local bank or e-wallet provider applies currency conversion at their end.
All bets and wagers placed on the Win33 Platform are subject to the specific rules governing each game type, sport, or event, as displayed within the relevant game or betting market interface. In the event of a conflict between general Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules will prevail for matters directly relating to that game.
Win33 reserves the right to void, cancel, or suspend any bet or wager prior to settlement in circumstances including but not limited to: system error, manifest pricing errors, incomplete or delayed official results, evidence of match manipulation, or where Win33 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity.
In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during gameplay, Win33's server logs will be the definitive record of the game state at the time of disconnection. Win33 is not liable for losses incurred due to a Player's own internet connection issues, device failures, or browser incompatibilities.
Minimum and maximum wager amounts apply to all games and sporting events and are displayed within the relevant section of the Platform. Win33 reserves the right to impose individual account-level limits at its discretion.
Win33 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible registered Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and VIP tier benefits. Win33's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any related services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Win33 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors, or fitness for any particular purpose beyond recreational online gaming.
